Camaro SS Convertible by Geiger Cars

German tuner Geiger Cars has done the Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible into a mean-looking American-euro machine.

The Munich-based tuner adds a little German know-how to this American muscle car by means of a new supercharger for the 6.2 liter V8 unit. Power gets dialed up to 568 PS (418 kW / 560 hp) and 779 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque.

Geiger provides the large car with 22-inch rims wrapped in 265/30/R22 tires at the front and 295/25/R22 ones on the rear axle.

An adjustable suspension is also part of the package along with a sport exhaust system.

The body kit includes a chin spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser and a rear wing.

Price tag: €85,000.

On the design front, the company installs a new front lip spoiler, extended side skirts, and an aggressive rear diffuser. Other goodies include an adjustable KW suspension, 22-inch alloy wheels, and an infotainment system with GPS navigation.

Under the hood, the 6.2-liter V8 engine has been outfitted with a supercharger, a revised ECU, and a stainless steel sport exhaust system. Thanks to these tweaks, output climbs from 426 hp (318 kW / 432 PS) and 420 lb-ft (569 Nm) to 556 hp (415 kW / 564 PS) and 488 lb-ft (662 Nm) of torque. This enables the car to run from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 305 km/h (190 mph).

The components can be purchased individually or the completed car can be bought for €88,000 ($127,400 / £78,300).

Ford Mustang Shelby GT640 Golden Snake by GeigerCars

GeigerCars has unveiled a new tuning package for the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500.

Dubbed the GT640 Golden Snake, the car features a matte gold exterior with a carbon fiber hood, a front lip spoiler and extended side skirts. Additionally, the company installed an adjustable H&R sports suspension and 20-inch alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.

Under the hood, the 5.4-liter V8 has been equipped with a supercharger, a revised ECU, and a stainless steel sport exhaust system. Thanks to these modifications, the engine produces 640 PS (471 kW / 631 hp) and 789 Nm (582 lb-ft) of torque. This enables the Golden Snake to rocket from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 295 km/h (183 mph).

The components will be available for purchase individually, but the demo model is for sale for €89,000 ($125,475).

2011 Ford Mustang Kompressor by GeigerCars

German tuner Geiger Cars has created its own compressor-laden edition of the 2011 Ford Mustang.

By adding a twin-screw supercharger of 2.3 liters in volume to the standard 5.0 liter V8, Geiger Cars dials the Mustang's power ratings up to 497 PS (366 kW) and 634 Nm (468 lb-ft) from the series 412 (303 kW) and 529 Nm (390 lb-ft) of torque.

The German tuner also courteously removes the electronic speed limiter and lets the Mustang rage to a maximum speed of 274 km/h (170 mph).

Before any work is done, base price for the 2011 Mustang is €42,900. The price tag on the performance tuning is €12,990.

For an improved ride, a sports chassis (€1,899) is also offered as well as lightweight OZ Ultraleggera metal rims sized 8.5 x 20-inch (front) and 10 x 20-inch (rear) wrapped in high performance tires in 245/35R20 and 285/30R20 dimensions, front and back, respectively. The wheel set can be had for €5,190.
